The Kanyakumari district lies at the meeting point of three bodies of water bordered by southwest the Laccadive Sea, Western Coastal Plains and Eastern Coastal Plains. Kanyakumari has been a great centre for art and religion for centuries. One of the most interesting places to go in India is the city of Kanyakumari.
